This is the first place I ever bought beer at in New York.  I was 18.  RIP this place -- it wasn't even that good, though the beer I drank from there will live inside me forever.

I'm reading two places this weekend, both places are apartments.

1) Friday, August 10th -- 107 N. 3rd Street in Brooklyn.  The facebook thing says 6:30 start time but I don't plan on showing up until 7:00 - 7:30 at the earliest.  Here is a poster for it that has my name on it.

2) Saturday, August 11th -- 180 Dekalb Avenue in Brooklyn, ring bell for "Donnelly and Faba."  This one is on a roof (weather permitting) and starts at 5.  I will be late.

Here is the special information: I'm releasing a very short, special chapbook this weekend called What Happened When I Went to Target.  There's less than 50 and I worked really hard on it.  Here's a picture of the cover:

The only way you can get it is if you ask me for one.

My Trip to Denver

These were the mountains.

These were some balloons I tied to my mom's rental minivan.

This was a cameraman who was looking at me.

This urn was temporarily out of service.

This was sweet.

so sweet

This alleyway was beautiful.

This license plate was sweet.

This was a helicopter I saw.

It flew away.

This was at Whole Foods.

These were some ants and a cigarette.

This was the first Quiznos, it's in Denver.

This was a funny sign.

These were some funny crackers.
